Activities that trigger creativity

DAL Group organizes almost weekly-based activities that its employees get to attend. The wide range of concerts, seminars, cultural forums and movie nights make DAL Group a very active and fun environment.

Our free and open events are a great opportunity for spending time out of work and socializing with colleges. Also, chances are given to invite family and friends. We believes that these activities trigger creativity and contribute in our people personal growth.


In House Magazines

DAL, also offers two in house magazines (Bridges and Cornerstone) that are almost fully written by staff members. These magazines play a role in reflecting DALs Businesses; staff experiences and in building positive relations between employees at different sectors and job positions.

 

Giving back

DAL Group employees are CSR Oriented; many initiatives have been started by the company and its employees to create a better community.

Our biggest staff initiative is the 5x5 project, 5×5 was created by the staff members to extend a hand to those in need in the sprit “together we do better”. It is a voluntary contribution of 5 SDG (or more) from each employee’s monthly salary. The target was to gather 5 SDG from DAL’s 5,000 employees (which add up to SDG 25,000 /monthly) and to donate that amount to different charitable projects, causes that will benefit as much people as possible in the community, with a focus on children’s health issues.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a part of each of DAL’s business units. Wither you join DAL Engineering or Food Divisions; you will find that CSR is regular practiced everywhere!
