Before The Interview
A clear description of the interviews time and location, don’t be shy to ask for directions if the location isn’t know to you and make sure you fully are aware of it to save time and avoid delay on interview date.
Questions such as: interviews expected duration? Who will be interviewing me? Are there any documents that I need to bring along? These kind of questions give an idea about what to expect during the interview and help in preparing accordingly.
Going through the company’s website is also a good step to learn more about the company, when being asked questions such as: why work for this company or what do you know about the company? It gives a positive impression that as a candidate you already have a good amount of information about the company and are well prepared.
Going through the applied job post and revising: the job requirements, skills required, experience..ect , this step helps in comparing what is required to self/ existing competences, it also helps in preparing more in weaker competences and to be prepared for any questions that can be asked in these areas, as well as fully understanding the role applied for .
Think about what you would like to mention in the interview? Is there a special story or an important past experience event that can give a positive impression / image to the interviewer, if yes write a draft to memorize the points to be practiced?
Picking the right outfit is important as well, it has to be appropriate for the event, conservative suiting the environment and professional, to keep a positive image.

During The Interview
On the interview date, it’s best to have all supporting documents prepared (even if it wasn’t requested by the interviewer): these documents may include a copy of an updated CV, copy of certificates and past experience, as well as ID papers. , it gives the interviewer a positive impression by showing up to the interview with all documents prepared.
It is preferable to reach to the interview venue earlier than requested, it gives you enough time to take a breath, organize thoughts and relax before being interviewed.
When meeting the interviewer smile and friendly shake hands/ greet.
During the interview, try to answer questions clearly and briefly, if the question wasn’t understood, ask the interviewer politely to explain the question, so you aren’t giving irrelevant answers.

When answering questions try to highlight your strengthen (competences, skills) or share a previous experience / story that you feel is relevant to the question and that will give leave a positive impression.
When asked questions about your previous job / employers, it is very important to not talk badly / negatively as not to reflect a negative impression.
During the interview smile, speak clearly, display positive body language, and keep eye contact when answering questions , stay confident and most import let your personality shine,
When the interview comes to an end, you can ask questions including: when can I get a reply from you? Is there anything you expect from me?
