Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the below criteria in order to be selected for the assessment stage;
  • A high quality recent Degree (First class or Second Class Upper) in any subject.
  • Graduation from a reputable Sudanese University or top Hundred (100) Universities in the world
  • An age limit of 25 years
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong aspiration of building career within DAL
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • A high sense of maturity and intelligence
  • Fast learner with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1How to join this program?
You must first apply for the DAL Graduate Development Programme by creating an account to register and use the e-recruitment website
Then, all potential candidates will go through a series of assessments including Psychometric, Assessment Centre and Competency based interview to ensure the best of emerging talents are hired into the Programme.
2What happens during this program?
Upon placement on the programme, the “trainees” are taken through a two-year multi-disciplinary on-the-job rotational business exposure and experience with regular theoretical training programmes that are designed to enhance the technical and functional knowledge of the trainees. Once the 2-year rotational experience is completed, the “emerging talents” are then placed on permanent jobs where they continue to experience and build viable careers within DAL Group.
