In your job, what are you responsible for?
I am responsible for planning, organizing, leading and monitoring all the sales activities for:
â€¢Â Â Â sales and targets
â€¢Â Â Â sales operational plans
â€¢Â Â Â sales forecasting and campaigns
â€¢Â Â Â sales organisation
â€¢Â Â Â sales staff development
â€¢Â Â Â sales analysis and reporting
â€¢Â Â Â sales policies and procedures
â€¢Â Â Â Other strategic activities including operational, managerial, organizational and developmental etc.
What are your three favorite things about your working for DAL?
1- I am proud of my name being linked to DAL, the best-in-class.
2- I value that I can contribute to the business practice standards, initiated by DAL Group, which has revolutionized business in Sudan.

What did you do before DAL ?
I worked at the Ministry of Health as a retail pharmacist and then as a Drugs Supply Manager for a project called Bamako Initiative (WHO,Unicef & MOH).Â I was also a counter pharmacist at Almouasaat Hospital in Dammam and I worked as a supervisor at Rahman Pharmaceuticals for a short period.

More than Twelve years.

I started as a medical representative.
