I am responsible for planning, organizing, leading and monitoring all the sales activities for:
•    sales and targets
•    sales operational plans
•    sales forecasting and campaigns
•    sales organisation
•    sales staff development
•    sales analysis and reporting
•    sales policies and procedures
•    Other strategic activities including operational, managerial, organizational and developmental etc.

What are your three favorite things about your working for DAL?
1- I am proud of my name being linked to DAL, the best-in-class.
2- I value that I can contribute to the business practice standards, initiated by DAL Group, which has revolutionized business in Sudan.
3- I enjoy being a member of DAL Group, which is the DAL family, which creates a sense of pride and passion, and a belief that nothing is impossible.

What is it about DAL that you think makes it DAL distinctive?
DAL’s vision and proactive behavior makes the Group distinctive. Also, the company belief that its human resources are the most valuable asset of the business.

What did you do before DAL ?
I worked at the Ministry of Health as a retail pharmacist and then as a Drugs Supply Manager for a project called Bamako Initiative (WHO,Unicef & MOH).  I was also a counter pharmacist at Almouasaat Hospital in Dammam and I worked as a supervisor at Rahman Pharmaceuticals for a short period.

How many years have you been at DAL?
More than Twelve years.

Have you had any other positions at DAL?
I started as a medical representative.
